Pour about one teaspoon per cup (200ml) of water, depending on taste. The water should not boil (maximum 90 degrees). The first infusion of about 20 seconds is usually poured away or used to flush the tea cups. Each further infusion should then last for about 10 seconds longer. The best infusions are two to four. However, depending on the quantity of tea used and the taste, up to 9 infusions are possible. The infusion times should then be somewhat shorter.
