Preparation: For the Gui Hua Oolong we recommend a little less hot water than for the other Oolongs. Depending on taste, pour about one teaspoon of the tea beads per cup of water (200ml). The water should have about 70 to 80 degrees. The first infusion of about 20 seconds is usually poured away or used to flush the tea cups. Each further infusion should then last for about 10 seconds longer. The best infusions are two to four.
